Fair use of copyrighted works say you may publish excerpts, not whole articles. If you wanted to republish whole articles, you would need the copyright holders permission.

wilsonck--Correct. It doesn't matter whether you attribute it or not, you cannot copy and paste whole sections of copyrighted material.

Sorry, no, that's not the point. The point is that you cannot copy and paste whole articles or long sections. It is a violation of copyright. Doesn't matter where you do it..
