I am flying out of STT late in August. Have done this a zillion times, but this is the first time in a long time I am leaving on a Sunday. It is my understanding that the PPR is not open on Sunday. Any alternatives? I will be taking a 7 30 ferry from RT and my flight is about 1 PM into JFK. I would like someplace to eat/drink/wait that is convenient to the ferry dock where I will store my luggage and catch a cab to the airport. Suggestions accepted!!

Hook Line opens at 10 on Sunday for brunch. An earlier option we like is Tickles at Crown Bay Marina open at 7AM - ticklesdocksidepub.com

Cheers, RickG

The restaurant across the street from the airport has reopened, but I can't remember the new name and I'm not sure of their hours.

You could also go to Emerald Beach for breakfast, use the beach there for a last swim, shower off and change for your plane in the restrooms smile Their frittata was very good in May, and the beach is nice.

Leaving your luggage with a taxi driver in their baggage storage room is an easy option and walking 2 minutes to Hook,Line - Frenchtown Deli - even Bella Blu is no problem.

It's not Atlantic Seafood anymore. It's under a new name.

Is there a shower for visitors at Emerald Beach? We have a few hours to kill between the 9 am ferry and getting to the airport at 1 pm for a 3:30 flight back.

HL&S opens at 11:30 but Frenchtown Deli next door serves a great breakfast.

But don't tell anyone. It's sometimes hard enough to get a table <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

There are showers to rinse off when you come off the beach, but no inside showers.
