Apparently Diamond Resorts has been sold. It will be interesting to see what happens to Flamingo and Royal Palm.

Watch out Flamingo & Royal Palm owners according to Jeff Burger Diamond along with both Resorts included have been sold! Remember what happened with the Maintenance fees when Diamond took over, I think we are in for another expensive ride. Although Diamond did a great job of updating the Resorts.

We own at the Flamingo and yesterday she got an e-mail from Diamond Resorts saying that they sold the business.

Here is the email I received.
