Spent the day in the cave at Cupecoy Beach. Took a tour on Rainbow Beach Club. Looked a a two bedroom oceanfront the owner is asking 400K. We are thinking about it. Today we go home. We had a great time for the past two weeks and we will be back. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

Contact Bill and Elaine before you buy at Rainbow. They live there.

Many owners are selling their condos at Rainbow because of many unresolved issues there. Do your research before spending money to purchase a condo anywhere on the island. Contracts there are not worth the paper they are written on, so buyer beware!
