Annie, my Italian grandmother used to make something similiar. She called it,
" Gardinera" or something like that. She'd put up all sorts of veggies ie: carrots, beans, cavioflora (cauliflower) etc. So this recipe brought me back a bit! Thanks for sharing! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />
