Before our last trip a couple of years ago I bought and applied a tanning cream (Jergens brand I believe). Color was pretty natural to my normal summer coloring and cream easy to work with. However, this does not...does not...mean you can apply less sunscreen than in any other circumstance. Mid winter trip so was just cosmetic only.
