OK, I tested this with the plain pork and beans, and it came out pretty good. I didn't bother with the toppings for my test, and I'm sure they will make it even better. I was afraid that they would be soupy with all the liquid that was already in the beans, but they were not. You can definitely tell there's bourbon in them! I'll go ahead and make them for the cookout with the beans I purchased, and I'm sure everyone will enjoy them.
