We also have done the Passaat a few times and I would highly recommend any of there trips depending on what you most want to do. The lunch and dinner sails are great and their sunset wine sail is lovely, too, and particularly so on a clear night with a big moon out. There's something incredibly sexy about sailing across the water under the stars with the only sounds being the boat cutting through the water and the ropes with their metal clasps clinking against the masts.
