We really like Spiga, Piazza Pascal, Bistro Caribes, and Ocean 82, in that order. The people that own Bistro Caribes also own Ocean 82 and they are right across the street from each other. We always put Spiga and Piazza Pascal as a must visit each trip to SXM.
