The current map showing "red line" areas still includes Setting Point, and you may be told by the briefer that the fleet insurance does not cover you in that area. This doesn't make much sense, but I'm passing along what I was told on my most recent briefing just a few weeks ago.
Practically speaking, I don't see that they would really enforce this given that Anegada is a regular and expected stop, and the approach is now well marked. Certainly caution is warranted, as always.
