Is there any update on this situation? I am chartering from the Moorings in May and really want to go to Anegada (I have sailed there 5 or 6 times before), and I certainly hope all will go well but what if something happens? What is the current situation? Are people still concerned about this?
My question was motivated by a current thread about insurance that just started on TTOL.
