After more starlink conversations I was told the $250 (mobile priority) plan (unlimited data )will give me no time limit on use outside of USA and it will work in the BVI so that is what we are going to use. This plan is under maritime tab and although it shows 50gb, that is only a limit for when are you moving, stationary will have unlimited gbs. and no time limit away from USA. Had a long telephone conversation with a Starlink rep who was very knowledgeable.
So this is a no time limit usage in the BVI.
