They need to have enough guys and enough golf carts at both ends at all times so that no one says “we will be OK, let’s walk”. And if its on demand, it better be luckily split.
If it was midnight, then the victims should have known better and called the hotel.
That stretch has scary written all over it. Just not enough people around and to many hidden spaces.
