I can't help myself but here goes. Is it legal to park in no parking area, is it legal to drive like crazy, either in USA or SXM. I agree with Carol, if they cared they would do something, in USA or SXM. Prior to anything being built in the area it was what it was than as in now. Enjoy the ROCK, any way you wish. Best to All.
