No milk for our cat but he loves his water, especially out of the birdbath.
Funny. We have a feral that has made one of our chair cushions outside his/her home. Neighbor feeds it and we leave water for it. Sometimes we see him/her drink out of the pool. I would think leaving milk out in a hot climate would be quick to spoil and get contaminated with bacteria.
