OP DannynGinger Traveler Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 198 Tennessee	Just got letters for all of our 3 weeks for a special assessment at the Atrium. Have a feeling that they are trying to get rid of the owners. We have had our units for 30 years and will be hard to pay on fixed income.
