Oh geez..Yes really! Do you not think so? Not a "put down" just my observation. Have you looked around down there recently ?? Looks a bit rundown down and was shocked to see how close the water is to the buildings foundation now. Not even sure what the building was....more like a big house. It been a few years since we stayed there and I remember at least a little sand in front. ANY? NO. And did I name anyone one property ...since your there Maybe walk around that end of the beach then towards Marys Boom or Horney Toad, CoCos condos which obviously better kept properties (but not perfect) and see what you think. But that just MY personal thoughts....but its an island so who cares. Understand you being obviously touchy about BSV since they advertise and need speak up for them but maybe for fun might be time for you to chill out and widen your horizons . IMO
