Best are:
Lal's, even the top chefs on the Dutch side go to Lal's for food to go. Simpson Bay, not far from the end of the runway.
La Chingona, best Mexican food on island. Only place that I being a West Coaster and regular Mexico visitor will go at this time for Mexican food on island. Have tried the others, they don't compare. Near the Medical School in Jordan Village.
Pollos Hermanos, we don't stop there often but it is good.
It used to be for us ribs and chicken as well as scalloped potato dishes for pick up, but the Dutch side is not that great at it any longer. Say what you want about Lido but it was a bargain and good.
