I would not say service was bad, but not up to expected standards
Our steakhouse at home greets you with at the hostess stand with a happy whatever the occasion decorates the table in a simple classy way along with a card signed by the staff and then the cake in the dessert
One other thing I forgot to mention but with higher end restaurants I do not expect the food to be "auctioned" off to know who gets what This drives me nuts as I have worked in a premier restaurant where the kitchen sent out all the women's food first and then followed up the the mens it certainly makes it harder but it is the way it should be down in a top notch restaurant
Two different meals two different experiences If this was our first visit not sure I would return The steak is actually better than we enjoy back home, go figure
