I read this thread earlier today. Then I got a fantastic T-Bone from the freezer and put it into my sous-vide cooker for tonight's dinner. It is hard to beat the quality and price from Carrefour's butcher section! The ambience of a fine dining establishment is missing on board, but I think I'll make do here in Grand Case tonight

I'll let a bottle of red breathe and finish the steak on the BBQ with a bit of pepper sauce and some find small potatoes. Life on board a sailboat sure is tough, just like camping
