I would not walk around the area after dark, but there is parking right in front, as well as beneath the building. It is very close to Porto Cupecoy, with a grocery store, ATM, and several nice restaurants, and across the street from the beaches at Cupecoy. The units I've seen are spacious and lovely. Thanks Wendyk! Yes as I mentioned, we do know the area very well since we usually stay in this part of the island. The building does have a 24 hours security. And we will have an underground parking stalls.
