i usually make these as muffins, but time limiting i threw it into a 9x13 casserole.

some reviews said that it was like soup... i should've heeded the reviews. i actually strained this with cheesecloth. taste was still very good.

georgia's green bean casserole

not sure if i used the wrong casserole size... it was good, but for the 8x8 surface area on top, too much cheese for my tastes.


dharma's potato filling pre-baking

this was a big hit. this will be part of my thanksgiving tradition. i kept it chunky, but may dice celery and bread smaller next time. LOVED this recipe. thanks again.

i also made the autumn apple cake again. not sure what i did different, but this time it did not come out very well... it was pale and taste off. it may have been the gin cocktail that p made me... he makes a stiff drink.

homemade vanilla ice cream was also made; it went so fast that i forgot to photo it. sorry.
