Do you or anyone else have a brand of white chocolate that you are happy with? I have tried Ghirardelli's white chocolate and dislike it intensely. Nestles white morsels are tastier!

I haven't decided 100% on the Jello Shots... I printed out Deb's (Peconic) recipe for [color:"blue"]Ice Water[/color] jello shots, but I'm not sure peppermint flavor is what I am looking for in colder weather.

Do you or anyone else have a favorite recipe for jello shots that you care to share with me?

Any other tried and true finger food suggestions to go along with the latkes are greatly appreciated as well.
