"Petit Casino's cheese selection lacking"... I agree Petit Casino doesn't have very many varieties of cheese, but I would like to point out that Bruno was a fromager in Paris restaurants before moving to SXM, and he and Geraldine have an eye for the "real thing" in French cheeses: the whole milk, non-pasteurized cheeses that are generally getting hard to find even in France, so some of the few types they have are really exceptional. You may have to find Bruno or Geraldine in the store to get their advice on which to look for, but if you are into cheeses, it is worth it! :-)
