Ever since our MF's took their major jumps there have been some very nice improvements and the over all upkeep and maintenance I would rate as 100% better than it was when Suntara owned it. If I'm not mistaken the Atrium had a major special assessment a couple of years back and LaVista is looking at the same to maintain the lower MF's. Six one half dozen the other.
Yes we enjoy all four of our weeks there and the units we have. Would I do it again? Don't know. But if I did I would do it at the Flamingo.
