Any timeshare useage on SXM will have the $50 ts tax. If you rented a hotel room you would have the hotel tax so $50 is not too bad. Some have a fee for Wifi or Energy but it is usually minimal, not sure on Royal Palm.

I would guess that any 3 bedroom unit at Royal Palm would be nice and I do not think there are too many of them, I think you will probably do pretty well with that exchange.
