ATT's Passport plans will give you data, free outgoing texts, and reduced call prices. There are multiple levels. The minimum Passport plan gives you 200mb of data, free outgoing texts, and $1/minute phone calls for $40. It's a package which is good for 30 days, you pick the start date, and it does not automatically renew.
