Great pictures Maureen! Is Leandra going to open or is that still on hold for now?

Elizabeth, Leandra and 3 other tenants have still not signed the lease as they are still protesting the rent (it has been lowered to 2300 euros instead of the 2500 per month) and also there seems to be some constuction issues. It was reported in the Daily Herald this week that those who did sign the lease and have now opened are now writing letters to the Collectivite complaining about issues they are now encountering with the buildings.

Great to see them open. Noticed that the loungers are pretty close together. Puts a new meaning to 'love your neighbor'.

I like how they decorated the new restaurants so they are not cookie cutter buildings. Thanks for the pics!

Hopefully, they will be able to come to an agreement and open their places. I can see lots of problems developing there and understand their concern.

The photos are very nice but just my personal opinion.......and I do get their need for increasing revenue at these new lease prices, but I can't believe how close these chair set-ups are. No such thing as a private conversation, for sure and you'd better hope your chair neighbors are not the Louds..... This is exactly what I can't stand about Rosie's chairs on Mullet. Thank heavens there are still a few beaches that don't do it this way.

I like the idea of the sandwich board showing "10 services for $10" but can't read all of them from your picture. I assume that it lists chair, umbrella, rest rooms, wifi. Can you list the rest? Thanks!

Sorry, but I don't go down that side very often. Perhaps someone else could read the sign and report back to you.

...and two drinks..
When they say 'shower', do they mean they have showers, or the ones for the whole project, back by the parking lot? Speaking of which, are those showers and the restrooms operational yet?
