Quick qestion, not related to Cialis and Retin A, but prescription question also. My husband takes Xanax (generic Alprozolam) and we are leaving tomorrow morning and he doesn't have enough and we didn't get it filled here. Would he be able to get a prescription bottle refilled in SXM if we have the bottle with the prescription number and refills available on it? Hope this makes sense.

When you say you didn't get it filled 'here', you mean where you physically are today? It might be easier to check with a pharmacy where you are right now and see if they can call the pharmacy where the prescription is lodged, and get them to authorize a refill today.

From my ancient pharmacy background, I would say "no" but anything is possible in SXM. It is a little bit more of a "controlled" drug that what has previously been discussed.

Try the pharmacy in Maho. I refilled a prescription there using the original bottle. And it cost slightly less than my Medicare co-pay amount!

I ran out of Ambien while I was on island and the Simpson Bay Pharmacy wouldn't refill even though there was a refill left. it was a 90 day supply and was last refilled in November 2014 so that may have had something to do with it.
They said that if the pharmacy faxed the prescription or attached the prescription to an email they would gladly refill it

Where are the following pharmacies located that are mentioned earlier in this thread: Maho, Cole Bay and Phillipsburg? I know where each area is, however, landmarks, etc would be very helpful and appreciated! Wife got excited about the possibility of getting Retin A without an RX. Thx all.

Update. We just (2 days ago) purchased 2 (30 g) tubes of Metrogel and 2 (30 g) tubes of retin-A at the Orleans pharmacy for a total cost of $29.83. Vastly less expensive than the States. --sxmdoc

Thx all If you are coming from Orient to Orleans the pharmacy is on the left about the middle of town. It is past the road to Oyster Pond and across from the gas station near Yvette's. The pharmacy we use in Phillipsburg is near Back Street on the end closest to Bobby's Marina. We park in the lot on the salt pond as close to end nearest Bobby's Marina that we can. Bobby's Marina may not be good reference point but it is the only thing on that end of Phillipsburg that comes to mind. There is doctors office next door.
