I sometimes wish I had a chamber vacuum, but I use a FoodSaver that sucks air aboard the boat.

OK. I have both and the Chamber Vac is so much better on preserving food but it is cumbersome and heavy.

@SXMScubaman - I like the fact that the chamber lets you vacuum-seal fluids and also doesn't require using those special bags. I'll get one when I grow up and have disposable income, and I'll also get a Harvest-Right freeze dryer!
