i'll do a search, but if someone can link to a post by an actual car rental company with a clear answer, that would end the uncertainty...at least in this thread, lol....maybe the answer can even be stickied
but i vaguely recall answers that essentially said "running a business is tough and business owners need to do what is best for their company"...i will gladly delete this post if shown to be incorrect You remember well as that was the only answer that was given to that question that I can recall too.

If anyone has any further recommendations regarding car rental companies, please feel free to post, but let's leave the insurance question behind.

why is the insurance question off limits?....there is nothing even remotely controversial about the question, or for asking for a clear straight answer....no one is being forced to give an answer...if no one provides the answer, let the question go unanswered....but it's unfair to claim a definitive answer has been given, when no proof is offered
when you delete this post, please also delete the misleading posts that claim the answer has already been supplied by a car rental company
