I was asked at Spiga. I offered it at Anse Marcel. No requests on Dutch side that I can recall.

Pretty much the same story for us. We've been here three weeks, and have not been asked one time - on either side of the island.

Does anyone know if there is a pharmacy on the French side who could /would update my valid ( until 15 Dec) Passe Sanitaire online record by adding my recently acquired Booster data? This is important because Macron announced last week that the booster is now mandatory for everyone over 65 and your Passe Sanitaire will be invalid from 15 Dec if your 2nd vac shot was about 7 months ago. We (US) no longer can apply etc online and we must go to a pharmacy in France with our VAC card to “get” a Passe Sanitaire and pay on site (?35 Euro) for that. I will be returning to France this winter and if there is a chance a pharmacy in Marigot could add my booster record while I am on the island in early December, that would be terrific so they don't kick me out after 15 December and I would not have to start from scratch and seek out a pharmacy after arrival in France in March. I don’t mind a payment - I just would like my booster info added to my record. This could be helpful information for any of you who might also be traveling to another French Caribbean island soon.

Pretty sure it isn’t even necessary for Americans. Just show a copy of your card. Even keeping a copy of it on your phone is sufficient or if you have CLEAR you can store it there. When I looked into the health pass I was told it was for French Nationals (if I used the term correctly). Visited the French side twice last trip and was not even asked for a thing. So for future will just keep a copy of my vax card if requested

I just re read. Looks like you may be French so it may apply to you

Thanks Kim
I am not French….. I am from Phily (USA). Because my husband and I were spending much of this past September in France, we did apply on line and received the “French”Digital pass - which is good in any EU country (they have a second tab you click on if displaying your digital pass /QR code outside of France, in EU or partner companies. 95 % of restaurants asked everyone at the hostess stand to show their Passe Sanitaire (scanning the QR code) even for outdoor dining. CDC card was accepted too. Public transportation, museums, etc usually asked to see your Passe or CDC etc card too.

I will be visiting France again in March with my ski club and thought I was good to go for one full year after the original 2 shots with my existing digital France pass. However, France just mandated boosters for all over 65 or they will invalidate your pass come Dec 15 ….. they also took down the option for folks outside of France to apply online for their passe. New policy says you must go in person in France to a pharmacy where they will take your US VAC card and put you in their system for the digital pass at a charge of about 35 Euro. I was just wondering …since my digital pass will be valid thru 12/15 and I am on SXM the first week of Dec, perhaps a Marigot pharmacie could add in my booster info so I wont get “eradicated” on Dec 15 and have to start all over again after arrival in France in March. I am not sure how wired into the system in France the St. Martin side is. I am the leader of the ski club group (32 people) going to France in March so I like to know all options and get details taken care of in advance when possible since there are many other things to be done once we hit the ground overseas.
I understand I will be fine while in SXM just showing my CDC card if asked.
Thank you.

This exceptionally valuable information as it is exactly why I came here.

Like medskis, we too are US citizens who were in France in the Fall and had our Pass Sanitaire on our phone. Very handy to have as it was requested just about everywhere. We plan to go back to France in 2022 but our Pass Sanitaire will expire in January and we were hoping to find a way to renew it via having our updated vaccine record confirmed at a pharmacy in St. Martin when we go there this Winter. So happy to see that can be done. I thought it probably likely but good to see confirmation.

I was also curious if the Pass Sanitaire was necessary in St. Martin to access restaurants etc or if our CDC cards will be adequate.

We have not been asked for any proof of vaccination at the restaurants in Orient.

Why? The post is about the French Health Pass, not a Covid proof of vaccination.
