We don’t know how many, we do know that the statistics on deaths per year hasn’t changed much in the last ten years.
so, if I can repeat in different words. You have no basis for your inflammatory comments. Did I misunderstand? Happy to be corrected if you have some facts to back up your statement that "The hospitals are counting al fevers as COVIT". Also happy to be the one who gets this originally useful thread, not completely derailed by sail445, locked!

I think what they are saying is not to laminate your Covid 19 vaccine card, because once the card is laminated, then it will be difficult or impossible to add booster shots to that card.

Hey all - can we please stay on topic?
Please let us know first thing anyone hears of protocols adjusting! I think the Foxy’s post is far-fetched but I am hoping STRONGLY that we will only need TWO tests in June - one to fly and one on entry - if entry test is negative? Off we go - also proof of vaccination, of course.
Jason - you are usually the first to know here! Carol - thanks as always for all you do!

That is starting to be the trend.... https://menafn.com/1101967760/Grenada-to-introduce-new-entry-requirements-effective-May-1Meanwhile I am looking to donate to the "Foxy for Premier" exploratory committee...LOL Jason has a great point due to the inability of the locals to go anywhere if infected with COVID. If I get it down there i have the means and travel insurance to come back but if I give it somebody local they are really screwed...

The good news is that if you are vaccinated and have a pre travel and day zero test you quite literally pose zero risk to others. Sadly the news twist everything covid. The CDC says they don’t know if people vaccinated can transmit covid because they don’t have data and have not tested for this and the news headline the next day reads “Vaccinated people can still transmit covid states the CDC”. The data is flowing in now and it looks fantastic with virtually no transmission after vaccination. Israel appears to have virtually eliminated covid with a vaccination rate still under 60%.

I still have a problem with this notion that vaccinated people can spread the virus. I’ve been vaccinated for all sorts of things in my life and never had anyone say I could still spread whatever it was that I was vaccinated for. I had smallpox vaccine, mumps vaccine, measles vaccine, poliomyelitis vaccine etc. Strange that this one is different.

It’s not different and as data comes in it appears there is virtually no transmission from vaccinated people. They simply had not studied or tested to get a answer and the press misconstrued that stating you could transmit it. You have to read CDC statements line by line not the press interpretation. The CDC has also put out guidelines early on in the crises they have since walked back. Surface transmission of the virus being one of the big ones.

My two cents on laminate vs. do not laminate discussions:
I keep my original vaccination certificate card stored safely at home. I made an exact two sided copy and laminated that exact copy to carry around with me.
When it becomes necessary to get a follow up shot I will take the original non-laminated certificate with me and then copy and laminate the new version to cary around with me while my updated original card rests safely at home.
...best of both worlds LOL
