EllenS was soooooooooooo close. Indeed it is Ministers Island just off the shore near St. Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada. It was a getaway for Sir William Cornelius Van Horne, KCMG. Who was American-born who built Canadian trans-continental railway. The island is only reachable twice a day for a short period depending on the tides of the Bay Fundy. Lucked out and found a room at the Hotel Oberland, they actually closed for the season the day we checked out! Where did you stay when you were there? And loved it. Did a bunch of hiking up there. The name of the hotel escapes me right now but you felt like you were hanging over the valley. The day we were leaving the clouds came in and we were in it. We were there October 2016. Loved Switzerland. Those cows and their bells. It was like a symphony. Ellen
