I hate to jinx it but the US Covid numbers are looking much better. If we follow the trajectory of many other countries that had high rates like France, Spain, Italy and Germany the covid situation could be vastly improved by November.

Holland and Sweden told their citizens to not wear mask and their countries are fine.

I just returned from 3 weeks in USVi and we basically remained self quarantined on our boat. The few ventures to grocery stores were with mask and hand sanitizer and social distancing.

First step would be owners and their guest accompanying them to responsibly follow the established procedures(More vested interest for successful procedure than charter guests alone).. Then hopefully charter guests.

I do believe land owners/Villa owners likewise would be vested in successful procedure being established. (Although villa owners are not in the same boat, we certainly are all in the same storm.)

Lots of frustration out there - a pandemic was not on most people's horizon when they bought houses, yachts or any other investment, let alone the frustration of being obligated to stay at home and keep your social bubbles small. But let's us not forget that we are the lucky ones who have the wherewithal to survive this time in our lives and make the most of it as best we can.

Sail445 has provided fake news. First of all Holland is a province not a country. The Netherlands has required their residents and all nonresidents to wear masks in airports, trains, taxis, water taxis and bicycles.
