While at the PPR on our return two Saturdays ago we sat and watched Native Son arrive and then depart empty as well.

There is no chance of survival in the modern train, plane or ferry business without excellent organizational execution coupled with efficient tools and capital utilization. Does anyone see any of that here? The challenges of operations in small island environments only makes all of that more important.
