And don’t forget all the run off water, not to mention ‘other’ water that runs into that beach area. Friends of ours used to keep their boat in that area and the owner told us a funny story about how they rued the day they fell in trying to get from their dink to their boat as a wave came in. She swore it took her three showers to get the smell out of her hair. A long time ago but a lot more development these days, too.

Lots of people swim there all the time with no ill effects but I’m just saying I wouldn’t and I’m certainly not suggesting others should or should not follow my lead.

Respectfully,

pat

Do NOT swim at Kim Sha Beach. E coli rampant.

Having said that, we will try it, probably once. $5 beer! Folks who were there said the service and everything was wonderful ( as I expected) but everything was very expensive. Enjoyed drinks, but went somewhere else for dinner.

According to their website, I believe they are open until 1 AM every night.

I honestly doubt stated opening and closing times mean much on the island. If there is business to be had, they will stay open and if not, they will likely close early.

Yep. That is the way a lot of island establishments operate.

Elaine, prices comparable to Dreams, or higher than that?

Menu but with no prices on their website. If they are at $30 for 2 chairs, and umbrella and supposedly towels, I would guess food prices would not be inexpensive either.
I think I read the double cut ribeye (for two) was $85.

Not my kind of menu I would want to order from on the beach. Lots of choices but not my lunch beach preference. Didn't see they were charging 30 for loungers. Did i miss something. Clicked on the day bed picture but nothing opened up.

That was mentioned elsewhere as was the price of the steak. Prices may change as it will depend on once the newness wears off if they stay busy.

As I stated a month or so ago, Bikini Beach was also getting $30 for 2 loungers and an umbrella and you also got the French attitude that came with having brought a small cooler.

Thanks. I knew about Bikini and the other 2 charging 30. French attitude comes at a high cost. LOL

The prices are very expensive . A good deal would be the Big Rib Eye Steak for two for $ 85.00 .

More comparable to Le Shore from what I'm hearing. Crazy prices.

That sounds do-able!

I've had a wonderful double rib eye meal at Rainbow in Grand Case. Not inexpensive either, but they didn't charge for chairs! And the beach dude does shots with you all day....lol
