We're doing an Alaskan cruise this July. Visiting glaciers. What sort of clothing should we bring?

You will probably be best suited with a multi layer options. When we went in May (several years ago) we had everything from shorts to multiple layers.

Layering is key but make sure you have a decent rain coat. We were there last July and got good weather and little rain. Other weeks in July there were reports of soaking rains. Have a great trip.

Consider a small travel unbrella. Also can purchase a light weight rain poncho that folds up into a small package. Usually can find at any outdoor store or sometimes even WalMart.
