Y'all post often enough to know that that point is not true (unemployment doesn't last forever and you know it, so why post something like that?), let alone that the point isn't remotely relevant to the discussion.

The point here is that most should be happy about this topic as it relates to the recovery of Orient Beach. Let the nit-pickers whine like they always do about meaningless trivia in their snarky posts.

I know you are not referring to me when you say that we are "nit-pickers" or snarky. Yet you quoted me.

And yes, I DID bring it up and it WAS relevant to the conversation once EdB discussed everyone being unemployed.

I have been four times since Irma. Have you? Have you done anything to contribute to recovery efforts? I have. And spending money on a frigging beach is not necessarily aiding "the island". Most of the owners and employees are not local nor SXM born.

I shall choose to believe that your middle of the night posting was not aimed at me.
