Maitre_Jim - thank you for providing historical background and clarity on this dispute. It is encouraging that the Corpro feels they are about to prevail in the court but the OBC may not live till that court date. Do you think the Corpro will fund OBC through the litigation process? I am also curious about your comment "Club O will rise from the ashes (probably not looking like it did after Luis)." Can you elaborate?
Again, thank you for providing much need info to us Club O Aficionado's.

That was an old article from April 2018. Maybe things have changed now?

That link is from April, so not really that correct or relevant any more.

Thanks for all of the background and explanation, Jim.

Do you have any idea what will happen if OBC becomes unable to operate? If they cease to be able to operate, but the dispute is settled after that, would the Co-Pro be able to engage another management company and get things back on track? I hope it doesn't take that long, but I am curious about the significance of the cessation of OBC operations.

The article is from April and Club Orient Resorts rebuilding plans have changed but chomage will end October 31,2018 and the situation has not changed in regards to not being able to make payroll without revenue.

Actually, I think, according to the story in today's Daily Herald from the French President's visit, that the aid for unemployment will continue into next year.

I just pulled up the daily herald article and I was glad to see that the unemployment will be extended to 2019.
This is not only important for ClubO but also for all those unemployed since Irma hit.
