If you read their facebook post from last month they are shutting the OBC hotel mgmt operation and indicated they would be refunding those that kept their deposits on account.
If you havent gotten your refund yet, now sounds like the last time to get it.

Some didnt want them. Im pretty sure all who asked/received. Now the die hards have to get a refund per CO.
