I made this on the 4th of July... topped the hot Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream... it was a huge hit!
By the way, I quadrupled the recipe.
Grilled Peaches Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons brandy, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Split in half and remove pit of 3 ripe medium peaches
Put everything in a Zip Lock bag. Let it set for 30 minutes.
Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill for six minutes. Flip them, pour the rest of the marinade on them and cook for another six minutes.
You are done!
