I'm certain was just an oversight. Here's a great plan . Get everyone together that were expecting them. Take some dinghys.out toNecker from North Sound in middle of night. The first bunch to arrive toss some firecrackers The second wave run up to the villa waving sparklers. Will be an incredibly loud....if short party. smile

Wow! Actually our crew visited with Speaker John Boehner at Cow Wreck a couple of years ago. I guess you never know who you might run into at Belle's little beach bar.

I received a phone call from an Anegada friend advising that Obama and Sir Richard were touring Anegada yesterday and returning to Necker last night.

Interesting to see Michelle change from elegant gowns to a pair of cutoffs. They have definitely gotten into island life.

I know how different and relaxed I feel there...I can't begin to imagine how different it must be for them!

Yes, they have been on Mosquito. Looks like Necker is now for the hoi polloi who can only afford $40,000 a night.

Yes, apparently the Obama's stayed at Mosquito as guests of Richard Branson at his personal residence.

My quote was a tag line for the movie. Now I will just sit back because "I like to watch"

We were lucky enough to be there. Staff was great at serving the Obama's and keeping up with the rest of us. It was a great day-I loved it.

We were staying at Anegada Beach Resort and when Robert said where shall we go for lunch, I said, "back to Cow Wreck" to which he replied "how about trying that new place, Wonky Dog?" (So why did you ask me??) So off we went, bypassing CW to WD...needless to say, from now on, he's been admonished by everyone who has been told this story "Next time, just say "yes dear!" "..you guessed it, the Obamas showed up for lunch at CW which we discovered on our return to ABC to see photos taken by other guests. By the way, WD lost its chef that morning so no lunch there! And because we were already 1/2 around the island, we moved on to do some shopping, and to Big Bamboo for lunch. The next day, a waiter at Neptunes said someone who was there asked Michelle what was the best thing about being out of the White House and she said it was being able to wear whatever she wanted and no one cared.

Could you explain how WD lost its chef that morning? I find the statement very confusing?
