So we made a reservation when we visited the place first time directly with their manager Ziggy, for March 3… Got to the place and they are Closed! Dahh it’s Monday and they are closed on mondays! Damn. So he made a mistake. Not a biggie, happens to anyone. I messaged them and he said they are sorry for a confusion please come Tuesday. Please give us another chance. We did, I told him that he owes us a drink…. Boy oh boy! Not only we had another really great meals there but we also got all drinks for free! I honestly didn’t expect that all drinks gonna be free. Much appreciated! By the way, their mussels are to die for! Mahi mahi was delicious also. And my favourite whole grilled red snapper was perfect as always. I told Ziggy that I will see him again next Monday….😂😂

Good to hear food was good. We will give it a try in May as we have always liked Ziggy and sounds like he is trying hard to provide a good experience.

We had 7pm reservations last Wed. and arrived promptly at that time, just us 3 walking in, no one else. True, that every table was taken. We were seated, gave our order which included the whole red snapper, and then were offered bottled water only until our order came at 8:25!! Everyone around us seemed to still be waiting as well. We had lots of personnel walking by telling us "it was coming", but nothing. By 8:30pm, we had our food, including my whole snapper which was very good. But I'm not sure it was worth waiting 1 hour and a half! They missed 1/2 of the order of the couple next to us as well. They left without that half of the order. The wait left a very bad impression on us. Then we had to beg someone to take our money! Too busy, they said. We've been there many times since they opened, loved their food, but always have something that spoils the experience. Not sure we will return.
