fabila	We also stay at Beachside Villas and agree with Carol's assessment regarding noise not an issue for us. We love being able to watch the planes land and take off from both the beach and the pool area. One of the perks, in our opinion, is that D's Beach Bar & Restaurant has built a fantastic covered observation deck, offering the perfect spot to watch the planes on the runway. So, not only is the noise not an issue, but it's actually a pleasure to observe the action. A downside of staying in Beacon Hill area, however, is dealing with the crowds when cruise ship passengers flood the Maho Beach area. We plan our daily ventures out around that whenever possible. Usually an issue between 10 am - 3 pm. It does not deter us from staying there.
