I am not sure if they are done now or not, but there were major delays between Marigot and Grand Case due to minor construction activity that resulted in one lane open at a time. It usually started about 9 am. Going to Orient Bay from Marigot we found it quicker and easier going around the island through the Dutch side. It was backed up through Marigot one way and back to Grand Case the other way.

We literally JUST returned from Orient, going through Grand Case, to Marigot, Galisbay and Sandy Ground. No backups at 2 PM today.
