A friend recently "won" a safari for two to Nyala at a local charity auction. It appears that the majority of the visitors to this resort are all folks who "won" their tickets at an auction. Have read lots of mixed reviews on TA going back several years.
Has anyone been to Zulu Nyala recently or know anything about the place.
Thanks.

My daughter and I were just there a month ago. The accomodations were adequate, meals were good. If you can request one of the remodeled roms...do it. They are much nicer than the one we were in. We stayed in the Safari Lodge. We saw zebra, elephant, rhino, nyala, impala, warthogs, water buffalo, wildabeast, and giraffe. The elephants from a distance off the balcony at the lodge. We went on several different side excursions to see the hippo, and cats. Beautiful country. We also spent the last few days in Cape Town.
We purchased our trip thru and auction. Everyone else there did also.

Would appreciate seeing any pictures, if you have them online somewhere. What did you pay for the auction??

What's it all about? I was at a charity fundraiser last week where they auctioned off a couple of SA trips. Who's behind these donations?
