Went to The Palms Restaurant tonight and had the best ribs I have ever eaten, (drunken ribs). The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. What a neat little place. Even though the weather has been gloomy all week, the restaurants in St. Maarten continue to amaze us! Maybe on the next trip we will see some sun!

Greg and his team aim to please and want to assure you enjoy your evening there. The drunken ribs are really good and they sell out fast. Glad you got to enjoy them tonight.

Always love stopping by The Palms, one of our favorites. If he has his burger which is done as a special, one of the best anywhere. Everything is very good, but Greg and the family makes it special.
