hallucination Traveler Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 1,023 Safe Harbor/Annapolis	Head out to the backside of the Drake Channel and have at it. Other than that, inhabited BVI Islands generally frown on it. Pretty high on the bible side of the shop. You would have better luck with the frenchie islands.
