The Maho Market is open way late till around 11 PM, so you can get things there. With regard to coffee, we always bring one morning's supply with us, just for emergencies!!!

The Market Garden close to the Atrium closes around that time, but there are a few smaller stores open later where you can pick up a few of those items. Otherwise, as Carol stated you will pass the Maho Market on your way to Simpson Bay and they do not close until midnight. They have a good supply of groceries, beer, wine and liquor.

Correction. You will not pass the Maho Market on the way to Simpson Bay. It's in the opposite direction leaving the airport.

Peli Deli is up the hill and open late. It's a smaller store but they stock everything from coffee to TP to Stouffer's frozen dinners, snacks, booze....
I think Market Garden closes before you arrive or maybe around 10.
Have fun!

There is a little Asian run market on the right that is on your way...7 Alive, a little rift on 7-11. Their sign is green and red. They have typical convenience store products, and some produce. Bottled water, beer, etc. I think it's before the drawbridge?

There is also a convenience store across from the entrance to the Atrium.

Sorry, do you mean a convenience store inside the Atrium?

I'm trying to think where that is, just can't place it, for whatever reason.

I think your only option that late is the Maho Market, which is out of your way. My choice would be to order groceries from Jeannie at Shop n Drop. She will deliver them to your room before you arrive, and you won't have to worry about stopping on the way.

GaKaye,
If the OP just wants milk and coffee, I'm not certain where I read or heard this, perhaps a memory from way back in the day when she just opened her business, but isn't there a minimum delivery order for her service? I'm not sure that just milk and coffee would be doable if that's the case, and it certainly wouldn't be a profitable trip for Jeannie, though knowing her as I do, if she could work it in, she'd probably try to regardless.
And for the OP, her service is terrific and most everyone who has used it has done nothing but sing her praises, so perhaps you'd want to visit her website and consider placing a full order with her and save yourself the chore of shopping after arrival?
We've used Jeannie twice a year ever since she started her business and I can tell you, she does a terrific job. We order pastries for breakfast along with a major starter pack for our stay, usually including deli stuff and sandwich makings and it makes the start of the trip so much nicer.
Unless, of course, you enjoy grocery shopping and I know there are those who do. Me? I'd rather walk on hot coals if given a choice. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

9:30 isn't that late. Peli Deli should be open then. They have all that stuff. Don't know about place across from Atrium but they may be open also. 7 Alive should be open. Cheers irina

Yes, Peli Deli is definitely open that late. We've stopped in there on the way back to Flamingo from the casino at midnight or later. And they have a better selection than most convenience stores.

I didn't realize Peli Deli stayed open that late. That is definitely the answer for the OP.

Yes, Jeannie does have a minimum, and coffee and milk definitely wouldn't be enough to meet that. I was thinking that her service would be their only option, and that they would add some other items to meet the minimum. Seeing others post that Peli Deli is open until midnight solves the problem. And while I'm one who does find it fun to grocery shop on the island, I always have Jeannie pre-stock my unit with essentials for the first few days!

I have stayed at SBR for MANY years and I really don't remember the PeliDeli being open until midnight. I seem to remember 10pm as the closing time but that was 9 months ago.

I would say, if you decide to not use Shop N Drop then just watch for a store to be open along the way. If not, when you wake up just walk up to Garden Market which opens early and pick up the items. We have gone there a few times early in the morning, and they used to offer a discount if prior to a certain time in the morning.
Cheers, Todd
